Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

We take children's privacy seriously. Our service requires verifiable parental consent before processing any photos that include children under 13.

• We collect photos solely to generate illustrated book characters
• Photos are processed on secure servers and deleted within 24 hours
• We do NOT use uploaded photos to train AI models
• We do NOT share photos with third parties
• Generated illustrations contain no biometric data

What We Collect

• Photos: Temporarily stored for character generation only. Deleted within 24 hours.
• Names: Character names you provide, used only in your book.
• Payment info: Processed by Stripe. We never store card numbers.
• Email: For order updates and download links only.

Data Retention

Uploaded photos: deleted within 24 hours of book generation. Generated book PDFs: stored for 30 days for re-download, then deleted. Order metadata: retained for customer service purposes.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us. Parents/guardians may review, request deletion of, or refuse further collection of their child's information.
